Ken,
I’ve been waiting to write this letter of thanks/recommendation until all the projects I’ve come to you with were completed.
I’m realizing now that may never happen.
To start with, thanks for the very good job you do of snow removal for me in the winter. That caused me
to come to you for my roof replacement. I wanted it done in a timely fashion and neatly. When I talked
with you and you explained a metal roof wasn’t the best option and that my garage roof didn’t need
replacement I knew you were honest with your customers.
Next you raised my pier and replaced a water faucet for me. During those minor repairs I grew more
comfortable with you working on projects when I wasn’t there. When I asked you last fall about
replacing my French doors you also said that was not necessary. I then had you concentrate on finishing
my lower level.
Since my Waupaca home is my second home we had email and phone conversations during that project.
You were able to explain the progress and make suggestions in a clear and objective way. The result
of your foresight to move ductwork and plumbing resulted in an exemplary finished product. I have
received countless compliments on the quality of your workmanship.
You persevered on fixing the problem with my French doors, solved the water damming I experienced
during the winter ,completed repairs to siding/trim on a section of my house, reinforced a support for
a step and even trimmed branches overhanging my roof as my insurance company required.
Basically you’ve done it all, and done it well. I find it invaluable to have a professional who I can depend
on to do projects large and small, in a timely fashion, for a reasonable price when I’m not even on site.
Through my experiences so far (my wrap around deck will be my next project) I strongly recommend
anyone consider K-E Builders for their next project.
